Your Child Needs Healthy Sleep
And so do you!
Let’s face it, if our little ones aren’t sleeping, then neither are we. We can easily become obsessed with their sleep (or rather lack of it!), piling unnecessary pressure on ourselves.
It’s not just our children who struggle to regulate their emotions when they’re not getting enough sleep either! Rather than being the calm, loving parents, we had always envisioned we would be, we become stressed and reactive, dreading everything related to sleep.
Perhaps you even find yourself staying up later in a desperate attempt to find some quality ‘you’ time, then regret it the next morning when you’re so tired?
It doesn’t have to be like this. I can help you make changes to help your little one sleep better, meaning you will too.
Just imagine how you’ll feel after a good night’s sleep!…
...I can help!
Our sleep is as unique as we are, so of course, my services reflect that by being tailored to your specific requirements.
I generally work with families for 4 weeks. My services are for you, so I will be guided by the result you would like to achieve rather than aiming for someone else’s ideas and expectations of how your child’s sleep should look.
An example of the standard package I provide for families is outlined below and gives an idea of what to expect (as well as an indication of price).
Following your FREE Sleep Assessment, we may decide that you need more (or less!) support, with the price reflecting this. This can be dependent on the age of your child – for older children, I may suggest aspects of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia, which we would discuss in more detail during your FREE Sleep Assessment.
How It Works
My Standard Package
Our first step in working together is a free sleep assessment call. During this call, we will discuss the difficulties your child is facing with their sleep and any methods you have tried in the past to resolve them.
We’ll also discuss which of my sleep packages is going to be right for you and your unique needs.
& Sleep Diary
The next step is to complete a questionnaire, which asks not just about their sleep, but also other aspects of their daily routine and any medical concerns you may have.
I will also ask you to complete a Sleep Diary on a daily basis for the whole time we are working together. You can submit this data using my very own app!
I use the information from your questionnaire and sleep diary to write a Sleep Plan specifically for your child.
We’ll discuss this plan in detail during our consultation (aka chat!).
After our chat, I will email you a report with bespoke suggestions for improving your little one’s sleep.
Following the consultation, I would then be on hand for 4 weeks. This includes daily contact by email, text or WhatsApp and one follow-up call a week (approximately 30 – 60 minutes depending on your progress).
Throughout our time working together you will continue to keep a sleep diary to ensure we’re are making progress towards your sleep goal.
Prices from £350 for 4 weeks of support
Please note that your child’s sleep plan is custom-created for their unique needs and will not be directly transferable to another individual. As such, I respectfully request you do not pass on your sleep plans to others.
Should you have friends or a family who you feel would benefit from my services I offer a referral incentive, which I am happy to discuss with you. Alternatively, you can purchase Gift Vouchers here.
